I would give Sylvain 10 stars but that isn’t an option. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional! He made this whole experience enjoyable and easy. He was very punctual and available at all times of the day to answer our questions. The paperwork part was a breeze and we felt quite confident when buying our first home. His desire for helping his clients is beyond being a realtor and his knowledge goes beyond being a realtor as well and that’s what clients need when buying a home!! I would highly recommend him especially for first time home buyers that require the extensive knowledge about buying and what to look for when house hunting! We are extremely appreciative of all his hard work and look forward to working with him again for any real estate ventures!
