Known as one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Ottawa, this beautiful and serene community is home to the Governor General of Canada’s residence as well as the Prime Minister’s residence at 24 Sussex Drive. Most of the area’s charming and historic homes were built between 1900-1950 and feature large backyards on mature tree-lined streets. Prices range from $500K to $1Mill+ for detached houses and $375K to $1Mill+ for attached.

Recreation

Home to the Crichton Cultural Community Centre and the active Lindenlea Community Association, this community has plenty of recreational activity options.
