Old Ottawa South

Old Ottawa South is one of Ottawa’s older neighbourhoods and is home to Carleton University so many of the community’s residents are students and professors of the school. Most of the homes were built between 1900 and 1960 with newer houses built after 2000. Old Ottawa South also contains modern condominium complexes. Prices for detached homes range from $400K to $1.4Mill+ and attached homes vary from $370K-$1.3Mill+.
