Carson Grove/Forbes is a serene and cosy neighbourhood located in Ottawa’s east end. This well-established family-friendly community is filled with a mix of attached and detached homes which were built between 1950-1980. Prices for detached homes range from $260K-$700K and attached homes sell for $230K-$535K. With Highway 417 running through the area, living in Carson Grove/Forbes offers residents easy access to all parts of Ottawa.

Although a smaller neighbourhood, there is no shortage of recreational opportunities. For children, there are two splash pads and numerous parks with play structures.
