The only community in Ontario that is a Heritage Conservation District, Rockcliffe Park embraces a natural setting with a countryside feeling to it. Most of the elegant homes were built between 1920-1960 and range in price from $650K-$3Mill+. There are no attached homes in this prosperous community.

Recreation

Recreational activities in Rockcliffe Park include lovely walking/cycling paths, the Rockcliffe Park Community Centre and Library, rock garden, and the gorgeous MacKay Lake and Pond where residents are able to swim. The area also has sports fields, tennis courts, a skating rink, outdoor wading pool and parks, play structures, and a splash pad for children.

Shopping and Dining

Residents are able to head to the nearby Beechwood Avenue for plentiful shopping and dining opportunities and are also within close proximity to downtown Ottawa to enjoy the shopping haven, restaurants, and exciting nightlife of the Nation’s Capital.

Rockcliffe Park is home to several of the city’s most highly-acclaimed schools, including Ashbury College, Elmwood School, and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Secondary School.
